2. Remind students about using dots points and their own words in recording research. 3. By the end of the lesson have completed a space in the presentation document to show their group name and how they plan to present their findings. (Go to the bottom of the National Parks Page in HSIE) 4. Work collaboratively to research information. 5. Come back together at and record questions, confusions and worries about where they are at with their work. (Do this at about 2:35) Students record on a piece of paper with name so Miss Crouch can get back to them. Thursday

2. Discuss how we can use information books to find information. What tools do we use? How does the organisation of the book help? 3. Reminder about summarising. Go to http://kidcyber.com.au/ and look at one animal. Look at adjectives. How do they help with informative writing? 4. Students use their books from the library to begin recording research in their Writing Books. 7. LUNCH |
